Learn more about Marek and his time at Emerging Digital Academy ⬇️EDA Alumni Marek

What impact has EDA had on you?

Emerging Digital Academy has given me the coolest skill I’ve ever had.

What has been the biggest lesson you have learned?

The biggest lesson I have learned is that code is nothing but a lot of tiny simple things built to do things that aren’t so tiny.

What is your favorite memory from EDA?

My favorite memory from EDA is crying on my computer in a voice call with Garret over Axios PUT and DELETE requests.

If you were to give advice to someone considering applying to EDA, what would you say?

Spend more time giving yourself a general knowledge of Javascript before tier 2 begins.

What advice do you have for the next cohort?

Focus on the individual pieces by writing in code blocks rather than trying to view the whole program as one.
